Simple Custard Cookies

• 130 g butter
• 50 g powdered suar
• 130 g flour
• 1 pack pudding powder, taste your choice

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees top / bottom heat.
2. Beat the butter and powdered sugar together for approx. 2 minutes. Mix the flour and pudding powder together and then add small amounts to the butter mixture. Mix everything together well. Shape the dough into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet (if you want, you can use a fork to make patterns on the cookie dough).
3. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, then let them cool down briefly.
