Ingredients

  • 250 g quark or low-fat quark
  • 2 tablespoon chives (frozen) or 1 bunch fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (3.5% or .5%)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot pink
  • Onion powder or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. If using fresh herbs, chop them up first.
  2. Put the quark in a bowl, add the other ingredients and stir. Season to taste until the desired taste is achieved.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before you can eat it.
  4. Tastes good with grilled meat or pellet, grill or oven.
  5. Tip: It will last a few days in the right storage bowl. Simply carefully pour away the water that forms automatically.
  6. Variation: stir in 1 tablespoon aceto balsamic vinegar. Delicious.
