Instructions

  1. Prepare pita bread for lasagna. Cut the sheets so they fit easily into the large, high-sided baking dish. Lubricate its sides and bottom with butter.
  2. Grate suluguni cheese for lasagna on a coarse or medium grater. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into very thin slices. Wash the greens, dry, and chop finely.
  3. Dissolve the tomato sauce for lasagna with 100 ml of cold drinking water. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary. If the sauce is not too thick, leave it neat.
  4. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Put 2 prepared sheets of pita bread into the mold with a slight overlap. Brush with sauce and spread the tomato slices. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and cheese. Cover with pita bread.
  5. Continue to collect the lasagne in the same way. The top layer should consist of lavash and suluguni cheese. Place the lasagna dish on the middle level of the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the lasagna dish from the oven. Let cool slightly at room temperature. Then divide into portions and place on plates. Decorate as desired.
