Simple Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • Head of cabbage – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Pork meat – 500 g
  • Tomato juice – 200 g
  • Rice – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g

Directions

  1. Wash carrots, peel and grate.
  2. Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings.
  3. Wash the pork, drain and cut into small pieces. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Lay out the meat. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 7-10 minutes.
  4. Place the onions and carrots. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes. Pour tomato juice over. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer all together under the lid for 15 minutes
  5. Wash the rice well. To fill with water. let it boil. Cook for 20 minutes. Throw in a colander, rinse well with water.
  6. Chop the cabbage finely.
  7. Combine meat, rice and cabbage in a cauldron. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Stew lazy cabbage rolls with cabbage under the lid on the lowest heat until tender, about 10 minutes
  9. Simple lazy cabbage rolls are ready.
