Wash the pork, drain and cut into small pieces. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Lay out the meat. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 7-10 minutes.
Place the onions and carrots. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes. Pour tomato juice over. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer all together under the lid for 15 minutes
Wash the rice well. To fill with water. let it boil. Cook for 20 minutes. Throw in a colander, rinse well with water.
Chop the cabbage finely.
Combine meat, rice and cabbage in a cauldron. Season with salt and pepper.
