  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 leeks
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fork spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the leek into rings. Fry the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Add the leek to the minced meat and pour the vegetable stock over it. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the leek is soft. Add the pasta, stir and season again with salt and pepper.
