Ingredients

  • 3 pointed peppers, red
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (herbal)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, alternatively 1- sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sea salt, from the mill
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ dill, dried or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped, frozen or fresh

Instructions

  1. For the dressing, cut the onion into very small cubes and mix with the oil, vinegar, maple syrup, salt and the herbs. Let the dressing steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the pointed peppers into fine strips, mix with the dressing and serve.
