Pork meat – 1 kg
Mineral water – 0.5 l
Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
Ground black pepper – to taste
Barbecue spices – to taste
Salt to taste.

How to cook a kebab with mineral water: Wash and dry the meat.
Peel and wash onions. Cut into rings.
Place the meat in a deep bowl or saucepan. Pepper the meat and add spices. Sprinkle with onions, mix well. Then pour mineral water, put a plate and a load on top (for example, a can of water). All meat should be marinated. Marinate pork skewers in mineral water for 4 hours.
Then string the meat on skewers, salt.
Fry kebabs over charcoal until tender, periodically turning the skewers, about 20-30 minutes.
