How to cook a kebab?

A simple and affordable pork barbecue recipe. And we marinate the shish kebab in mineral water. Very tasty.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork meat – 1 kg
  • Mineral water – 0.5 l
  • Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Barbecue spices – to taste
  • Salt to taste.

Directions

  1. How to cook a kebab with mineral water: Wash and dry the meat.
  2. Peel and wash onions. Cut into rings.
  3. Place the meat in a deep bowl or saucepan. Pepper the meat and add spices. Sprinkle with onions, mix well. Then pour mineral water, put a plate and a load on top (for example, a can of water). All meat should be marinated. Marinate pork skewers in mineral water for 4 hours.
  4. Then string the meat on skewers, salt.
  5. Fry kebabs over charcoal until tender, periodically turning the skewers, about 20-30 minutes.

A simple pork kebab with mineral water is ready.
