  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 5 clove (s) garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • olive oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven (fan oven 200 degrees). Cut the potatoes into small cubes and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Peel and dice the garlic cloves and distribute evenly over the potatoes. (If you like, you can put whole toes on the potatoes, but then several).
  2. Pour plenty of sunflower oil on the potatoes so that all the potatoes shine. Then sprinkle a dash of olive oil on top. Then add salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika powder and garlic. Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes and enjoy.
  3. Goes well with fish and meat.
