  • 50 g lemon peel
  • 125 g almond (s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Prepare a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, margarine, eggs, quark, rum and salt and knead with the sultanas, the finely chopped almonds and the lemon peel. Roll out and shape into a stump. Bake at 190 ° C for approx. 60 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
