Instructions

1. For the cream, mix the quark, whipped cream, vanilla sugar and sugar with a mixer until the mixture has become stiff. Sugar should be added according to personal taste.
2. Then cut the strawberries into small pieces and place them in the dessert container as the first layer. Then a layer of the cream, then strawberries again and, as the last layer, the curd cream again. Finally, grate the cookies finely with a grater and sprinkle over the cream as a topping.
3. Tip: The strawberries can of course also be replaced by other fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, grapes or cherries.
