- 250 g quark
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- Biscuit (s) (American Cookies)

- For the cream, mix the quark, whipped cream, vanilla sugar and sugar with a mixer until the mixture has become stiff. Sugar should be added according to personal taste.
- Then cut the strawberries into small pieces and place them in the dessert container as the first layer. Then a layer of the cream, then strawberries again and, as the last layer, the curd cream again. Finally, grate the cookies finely with a grater and sprinkle over the cream as a topping.
- Tip: The strawberries can of course also be replaced by other fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, grapes or cherries.
