Ingredients

• 15 sausages, cocktail sausages - finished product from the glass
• 15 grapes, green (alternatively blue)
• 75 g cheese, Emmentaler, in one piece
• 2 large tomato (s)
• 10 slices cucumber (s)
• 1 thin spring onion (s)
• salt
• Black pepper from the mill
• Chilli flakes

Instructions

1. Cut the spring onion lengthways once in the lower part and cut into fine rolls.
2. Cut the cheese into 15 small triangles.
3. Slide a sausage, a grape and a piece of cheese onto a toothpick and place on a larger plate.
4. Now place alternating cucumber and tomato slices next to it, season well, sprinkle the rolls on top - and you are ready to eat.
5. If you prefer that, you can briefly heat the sausages in hot water beforehand - I also like them cold.
