Ingredients
- 15 sausages, cocktail sausages - finished product from the glass
- 15 grapes, green (alternatively blue)
- 75 g cheese, Emmentaler, in one piece
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 10 slices cucumber (s)
- 1 thin spring onion (s)
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Chilli flakes

- Cut the spring onion lengthways once in the lower part and cut into fine rolls.
- Cut the cheese into 15 small triangles.
- Slide a sausage, a grape and a piece of cheese onto a toothpick and place on a larger plate.
- Now place alternating cucumber and tomato slices next to it, season well, sprinkle the rolls on top - and you are ready to eat.
- If you prefer that, you can briefly heat the sausages in hot water beforehand - I also like them cold.
