Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 300 g turnip (s)
  • 300 g celeriac
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 400 g leek, (leek)
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 250 g minced meat, (beef)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 liter meat broth, preferably self-cooked
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, turnips, celery and onions and cut everything into small cubes. Clean and wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Cut the cleaned cauliflower into florets. Fry the onion in the clarified butter until translucent, stir in the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add potatoes, celery, leek and turnips and fry briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cauliflower florets and cook for another 15 minutes. Season again to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  2. A fresh farmer`s bread and a cold beer go well with it.
