Instructions

  1. Rub the meat with spices, salt and fry in oil. Add onions, tomatoes and garlic and bring to the boil.
  2. Close the pot and let it cook in the oven at 100 degrees for about 6 hours (5 minutes more does not matter).
  3. Season the stock with salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. You can also add peeled potatoes and / or vegetables (beans, zucchini, etc.) at some point in between and let them cook at the same time.
