- 250 g onion (s), quartered
- 1 ½ kg leg lamb
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 can tomato (s)
- 3 garlic, chopped
- sugar
- oil

- Rub the meat with spices, salt and fry in oil. Add onions, tomatoes and garlic and bring to the boil.
