  • 1 packet cream
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some broth, granular
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • some pine nuts
  • some flour

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and roll them in a little flour. Fry well on all sides in hot oil. Cut the pepper into small cubes, add and fry briefly. Add the spinach leaves and let thaw, then pour on the cream. Simmer briefly and season with granular stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Sprinkle a few toasted pine nuts over the top before serving.
