Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s), Tk or fresh, or other meat
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh (if possible, brown)
  • 2 cups cream (or replace 1 cup with milk)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder
  • nutmeg
  • 4 stalks parsley
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 50 ml white wine (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small, fine strips. Dice the onion. Do not wash the mushrooms, just brush and cut into slices or quarters.
  2. Sear the meat in the margarine on all sides and season well with salt, pepper, instant stock, paprika, garlic and nutmeg. Add the onions and mushrooms and fry them vigorously so that they get a nice brown color, possibly also add tomato paste and roast them briefly.
  3. Pour 50 ml of white wine at will and bring to the boil. Pour a beaker of cream and reduce it. Stir a few times. Pour in the second cup of cream (or milk) and reduce again a little, the result should be a slightly creamy sauce. Add the chopped parsley, season to taste and, if necessary, season again.
  4. Rice, pasta or French fries are enough and a fresh salad.
