Instructions

  1. Cut the apples and onions into cubes. Remove the fat from the pork fillet and cut into strips.
  2. Brush a coated pan with the oil and briefly fry the apples, onions and meat in it. Pour in the vegetable stock and let everything simmer with the lid closed for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. In the meantime, cook the basmati rice in salted water.
