Ingredients

  • 400 g pork (sliced)
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 40 ml sherry
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
  • 3 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 dashes Worcester sauce
  • pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Let the oil get hot in an uncoated pan. Put the sliced meat in the pan and fry well. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
  2. Put the onion cubes in the pan and fry them briefly. Add the mustard and sherry to the pan and stir well. Deglaze the mixture with the broth and simmer. Return the meat to the sauce.
  3. Then stir in the cream and season with sugar beet syrup, sherry, Worcester sauce and pepper from the mill. Noodles or rice are ideal as a side dish.
