  • 400 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar, spicy
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pinches vegetable stock, instant

Instructions

  1. Fry the strips in hot olive oil, peel the garlic clove, cut in half and fry for about 5 minutes, then remove.
  2. Season with oregano, basil, a little salt and pepper. Fry until the desired brown color is achieved. Pour in the milk, add the ajvar and simmer everything over low heat until creamy and season with 1-2 pinches of vegetable stock powder.
  3. Fresh bread goes well with it.
