  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 ml meat broth
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Halve or third the pork fillet lengthways and then cut into narrow strips across the grain. Halve the onions and cut into wedges.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fillet strips in it. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the onion wedges and fry with them. After approx. 3 - 4 minutes add the mustard and sweat with it. Deglaze with the broth. Pour in the cream and simmer everything for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then season the sliced meat with salt, pepper, sugar and 2 - 3 splashes of Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  3. It goes well with ribbon noodles and a green salad.
