Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into thin strips, if necessary freeze a little beforehand. Sear the strips in olive oil, season with salt and pepper and set aside on a plate. Lightly brown the onion cubes in the butter with a little olive oil, add the mushroom slices, continue to steam and stir again and again. Deglaze with broth and a little white wine. When the liquid has boiled down completely, add the whipped cream, the meat and the chopped parsley and heat for one to two minutes.
  2. Spaetzle or hash browns are perfect as a side dish.
