  • 150 ml water
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced turkey with pepper, salt and paprika and fry in a little oil. Wash, peel and core the zucchini and cut into cubes. Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Add both to the seared meat and sauté briefly. Deglaze with cream and water, bring to the boil briefly and season with salt, pepper, paprika and Maggi to taste. Finally stir in the herbs.
