Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey meat
  • 1 piece (s) butter
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cream
  • 5 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sachet rice
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Put the rice in the salted water according to the instructions on the packet and cook. Put the crème fraiche with the cream, curry, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Slice the zucchini thinly, bring to the boil in salted water and drain. Fry the turkey in butter, then season with salt and add to the pan with the zucchini.
  3. Cut the spring onions and sweat them in butter, then add the banana slices to the pan and fry until golden on both sides. Add the crème fraiche mixture to the spring onions and bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Then pour the whole mixture into the saucepan with the zucchini and the meat and bring everything to the boil again. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
  5. The amount is given for 2 servings - but these are very large, and a third person is sure to be full.
