Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey meat, sliced
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 4 large mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 300 g rice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice as usual.
  2. Cut the vegetable onions into rings and fry them in a pan with the sliced meat and olive oil. Cut the mushrooms into slices, dice the tomatoes and fry both. Chop the garlic, wash and chop the parsley. Put both in the pan.
  3. Pour in the cream and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with the spices and serve with the rice.
