Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey meat, sliced

  • 2 shallot (s)
  • Clove garlic
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 pinch paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 cube meat stock
  • 1 tablespoon oil (soybean oil)
  • 250 g ribbon noodles, wide
  • basil
  • possibly wine, white

Instructions

  1. Add soybean oil to the wok. Season the sliced turkey with salt, black pepper and hot paprika, fry in soy oil. Add the finely chopped shallots, as well as the chopped garlic and fry with them.
  2. Cut the green peppers into fine strips, add and fry lightly. Deglaze with a sip of white wine if you like. Add meat stock. Everything should simmer easily. Mix well, season with basil. Slowly add the cream. Fold in the parmesan. Cover the wok and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. As a side dish, wide ribbon noodles. If you want, you can add this to the slightly creamy sauce for 5 minutes before serving (cooked al dente).
