Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey breast, diced
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 370 g tomato (s), diced, with herbs
  • 2 banana (s), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • some vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in the oil. It should be through now. Lift out of the pan with a slotted spoon so that some of the oil and meat juice mixture remains in the pan. Set the meat aside, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Steam the onion in the hot pan until translucent. Add the tomato pieces and let them boil down briefly. Add the curry powder. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vegetable stock. Add the banana slices and cook for about 1 minute. Add the meat again and let it get hot.
  3. This goes well with pasta, rice or quinoa as a side dish.
  4. Tip: Pour in some cream or vegetable stock for more sauce.
