Slimming Pumpkin Smoothie

Treat yourself to a pumpkin smoothie for fall season that will not only love your taste but also help you lose weight. Thanks to the sweet pumpkin, you don’t need to add sugar to your drink.

Cook: 25 mins

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 200 Grams
  • Kefir – 300 Milliliters (any fat content)
  • Flower honey – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Ground cinnamon – 1-2 pinches

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients.
  2. Peel the pumpkin and rinse in water. Cut into cubes and pour the slices into a cauldron, ladle. Pour in water and boil the vegetable slices for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the water, mash the pumpkin and place in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
  4. Pour in kefir of any fat content, add ground cinnamon.
  5. Add honey to taste and whisk for about 2 minutes on a pulsating setting.
  6. Pour the pumpkin smoothie into glasses and serve immediately after cooking.
