  • Kale Cabbage – 1 Bunch
  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Pineapple – 180 Grams
  • Orange juice – 60 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Rinse the cabbage and tear the leaves with your hands, peel and cut all the fruits into pieces, measure out the required amount of juice.
