Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 1 cup natural yogurt (small cup)
- some milk or mineral water, optional
- 25 g suar
- 6 strawberries
- 20 blueberries

- Mix the quark, yoghurt and sugar in a separate bowl, mix with milk or mineral water, if you like.
- Clean all but two strawberries and cut into small pieces, wash the blueberries.
- Put 2 spoons of the cream in each of 2 glasses or bowls, then add the strawberry pieces, then 2 spoons of quark again, then the blueberries and again quark. Decorate with the saved strawberries and a few blueberries.
- This quick, delicious dessert can be made with all kinds of fruit, jam or chocolate flakes can be added as desired.
