Smoked Fish Appetizer

by Editorial Staff

An excellent, simple recipe for a smoked fish appetizer that can be cooked in a day and left in the refrigerator, but still served at room temperature. You don’t need to add yogurt, but with this product, the dish turns out to be softer and more tender. I offer two options for the recipe for smoked fish, choose any.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Smoked mackerel – 3-4 pcs. (about 300 g)
  • Cream cheese – 300 g
  • Juice of 1-2 lemons
  • Natural yogurt, fatty – 1-2 tbsp
  • Black pepper, ground
  • Hot pepper (optional)
  • Rye bread
  • Lemon wedges

    Option 2:

  • Cream cheese – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Horseradish (ready-made, pasty) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Fresh dill – zhmenka

  • Toast (fried bread slices)

How to make a smoked fish snack:
