Smoked Meat Salad Ingredients

  • Smoked meat – 300 g
  • Potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 5 pcs.
  • Canned peas – 250 g
  • Fresh cucumber – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Greens

Smoked Meat Salad Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and hard-boiled chicken eggs.
  2. We open the canned peas.
  3. Let the eggs cool and peel. Cut into cubes.
  4. We wash and cut fresh cucumbers into cubes.
  5. Cut the smoked meat into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. You can sprinkle with vinegar.
  6. We clean boiled potatoes. Cut into cubes. We wash and cut the greens to taste.

  7. We mix all the ingredients, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix the smoked meat salad well. Now let the salad infuse for an hour in the refrigerator. Fast and tasty.
