Instructions

  1. Place the piece of Kassler in a roast duck. Chop the onion and apple and spread them around the meat. Catch the juice of the pineapple and put the pieces around the meat as well. Now distribute the sauerkraut, rinse the can with water and add the water. Sprinkle the herbs of Provence over the piece of smoked ham.
