Ingredients

  • 6 slices Kasseler (Kasseler Minute Schnitzel)
  • 1 packet puff pastry (6 sheets)
  • 0.25 tube ¼ tomato paste
  • 100 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon oil, (garlic oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cheese with the cream, tomato paste, garlic oil and a pinch of salt and pepper to a thick paste. After thawing (takes about 10 minutes), roll out the puff pastry a little, each sheet individually.
  2. Place a slice of smoked pork loin on one half of each sheet of dough and coat the smoked ham with the cheese mixture, approx. 5 mm thick. Fold over the empty half of the sheet of dough and press the edges well.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. I like it hot and cold.
