Instructions

  1. Rub smoked pork loin with oil and pepper and let it steep for 2 hours. For the herb crust, peel the onion, chop it very finely and mix it with the mustard and herbs. Oil a piece of aluminum foil on the shiny side, place smoked pork chops on top, coat with the herbs and close carefully. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 90 minutes. Open the foil approx. 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time and let the crust brown a little. Remove the meat from the foil, let it cool, cut into slices and serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
