Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the potatoes into wedges (with the skin if you like). Clean the beans and, depending on their length, cut into pieces, the carrots into slices and the onions into strips.
  2. Put everything together in the well-soaked Römertopf. Season well with salt, pepper and savory and season with cayenne pepper to taste. Drizzle with the olive oil and mix everything well.
