Smoked Salmon and Cottage Cheese Sandwiches

We offer you a recipe for hearty sandwiches that not only have an original appearance, but also a rather attractive taste. In the dish, smoked salmon is in perfect harmony with non-acidic soft cottage cheese and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Rye bread – 150 g
  • Non-acidic cottage cheese (soft) – 200 g
  • Smoked salmon – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Green onion – 5-6 feathers
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Dill – 1 branch

How to make smoked salmon and cottage cheese sandwiches:

Directions

  1. We cut the bread for sandwiches as you like.
  2. Dry the bread slices a little in the oven. You can lightly toast the bread in a grill pan.
  3. We peel the red onion from the husk. Cut the onion into rings. Just chop fresh green onions finely.
  4. Grease the dried bread slices with mayonnaise.
  5. Next, we spread the non-acidic cottage cheese on bread slices.
  6. Season the curd with salt, ground black pepper. Sprinkle each of the slices with green onions.
  7. Place a piece of smoked salmon on the slices.
  8. Decorate sandwiches with red onion rings.
  9. Additionally, we spread dill on each sandwich.
