Ingredients
Rye bread – 1 Piece
Cream cheese – 350 Grams
Sour cream – ¼ Glasses
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Fresh dill – ½ Art. spoons (chopped)
Fresh green onions – ½ Art. spoons (chopped)
Capers – 1
Salt – ½ -3 / 4 Teaspoons
Ground black pepper – ⅛ Teaspoons
Smoked Salmon – 250 Grams
Cucumber – 1 Piece (cut into circles)
Directions
In a food processor or mixer, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add lemon juice, capers, herbs, salt and pepper.
Remove the crusts from the rye bread and cut into pieces; the thickness of the slice should not be more than 4–5 mm. Wrap a plate in foil, lay out the first layer and brush with cream cheese.
Cut a cucumber into thin slices and place on top of the cream cheese.
If you bought uncut salmon, cut it into thin slices. The fish is cut from the tail, holding the knife at a 30 degree angle. Then lay on top of the cucumber layer.
Now repeat the same with the rest of the layers.
Brush the resulting cake with a thin layer of cream cheese, then carefully remove the bottom layer of foil
Place the cucumber slices at the base of the cake. You can also decorate it by forming roses from salmon pieces, as shown in the photo.
