Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 3 medium potato (s), boiled
  • 8 tablespoon oatmeal, fine
  • 2 egg (s), boiled
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon dill
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • breadcrumbs

For the sauce:

  • 8 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 10 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Chop the smoked salmon and mix with the chopped eggs, chopped capers and the other ingredients to a smooth mass.
  2. Shape 8 - 10 meatballs out of it and turn in breadcrumbs. Fry both sides in oil until crispy.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the sauce using the ingredients listed. Arrange both on plates and serve with salad, baguette or flatbread.
