  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 170 g cream cheese, natural
  • 70 g crème fraîche, herbs
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. First dice the onions very finely and stir together with the cream cheese and crème fraîche until creamy. Do not mix the salmon too finely and stir into the cream cheese mixture. Season with a pinch of pepper and possibly fold in a little spring onion, cut into thin rings.
  2. Tastes very tasty with jacket potatoes, as an aperitif, for example. B. on crackers, as a dip with vegetable sticks or simply as a spread.
