  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 300 g salmon, smoked, Scottish
  • Baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Beat all the ingredients one by one with the whisk and serve with the salmon slices. Decorate with sprigs of dill and serve with baguette.
