Instructions

  1. Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the packet, then brush with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. First place the rocket in the middle (leave space on the sides!), Place a quarter of the smoked salmon on top of it and cover with the tomatoes. Spread 1 tablespoon of herb quark on each tomato, drizzle with a little ketchup.
  2. Now first fold up the lower flap, then roll up both sides, then the wrap tightly, cut in half at an angle and fix with toothpicks. Before halving, if you like, beat in white greaseproof paper (for the look and ease of eating).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
