Ingredients

  • 175 g smoked tofu
  • 2 tablespoon soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 3 tablespoon soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s) (Conchilios)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber liquid from the Conchilios
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion (s) or shallot
  • Herbs your choice (e.g. chives or dill
  • Paprika powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and sauté in oil, set aside. Dice the tofu and puree with the cream, yoghurt, soy sauce, cucumber water and mustard. Finely dice the gherkins. Mix the cream with the pickles and onions and season with paprika, herbs and salt.
  2. Store in a cool place. Tastes hearty on bread or rolls.
