Ingredients

  • 125 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 1 apple
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pesto (lemon balm), optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt with salt and lemon balm pesto. If there is no pesto, you can do without it. Quarter the apple unpeeled, remove the core, cut into fine wedges and stir immediately into the yoghurt so that the apple does not turn brown. Cut the trout into large pieces and fold into the apple-yogurt mix. Garnish with chives and freshly ground pepper.
