Ingredients

  • 4 trout fillet (s), cut into pieces
  • 2 tomato (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish, hot
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • cress, chives or dill

Instructions

  1. Mix the horseradish, sour cream and the spices well, then fold in the pieces of vegetables and fish. Mix in herbs to taste or sprinkle on the salad as a decoration.
  2. The salad is great for a buffet. We particularly like wholemeal bread or pumpernickel with it.
