Ingredients

  • 4 trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 1 ½ cup cream cheese (brunch is best)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash the trout fillets with a fork. There shouldn`t be any more bits. Mix in the cream cheese and mash everything with a fork until a smooth cream is formed. Season with salt and pepper to taste (herbs are deliberately avoided). The spread should have stood in a cool place for about 1 hour before consumption.
  2. Black bread goes well with it, but also any other bread.
