- 2 avocado (s), ripe
- 1 large orange (s)
- 100 g quark
- 2 tablespoon, heaped peanuts, unsalted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Rub the peel of the orange and then squeeze it. Roast the peanuts without fat and chop them finely.
- Halve the avocados, remove the stone and scrape directly into a bowl with a spoon. Add the orange juice, vanilla sugar, honey and quark and puree everything with the hand blender. Mix in the peanuts and the zest and season the spread again, adding a little honey if necessary.
