Ingredients

  • 200 g bread (s), from the day before
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g mountain cheese, freshly rated
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Steam the chopped garlic with the chopped onions in hot oil. Add the diced bread and fry. Fry the sliced mushrooms briefly and deglaze with the white wine.
  2. Pour in the broth and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the thyme and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix half of the cheese into the soup.
  3. Put the soup in two plates or soup bowls and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
