  • 1 large banana (s), very ripe
  • 2 persimmons, very ripe
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoon oat flakes (melted flakes)
  • 2 tablespoon puree (nut)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the persimmons and cut into pieces without peeling.
  2. Put the fruits in a blender. Also add orange juice, buttermilk, melted flakes and nut butter with a pinch of cinnamon and mix everything well.
  3. Divide the drink into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
