Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 100 g bacon, in one piece
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped, roasted without fat

For the dressing:

  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon broth
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water or a steaming basket until they are still firm to the bite. Drain and drain well.
  2. Cut the bacon into sticks and fry them in the frying pan until crispy. Drain well on kitchen paper.
  3. For the dressing, whisk all the ingredients together well.
  4. Mix the Brussels sprouts with the dressing and fold in the bacon stalks. Finally add the nuts.
